My father, Salvatore ("Mac") Macinante 1915 - 2003 husband of Mary Veronica (Mollie) O'Brien, was always very interested in image technoligies.
In his early days the newest technology was silent movie films. Equipped with a 9.5 mm camera he made visual recordings of his descendants, in-laws, nieces, nephews and others.
Later in his life he adopted a technology which replaced movie film it was a video tape system referred to as "VHS". Equipped with a VHS camera and a VHS recorder as well as continuing to make visual recordings he copied his movie films to VHS. He gave me and others various compilations. Dad's compilations can now be viewed by the current generation on their modern devices by using this web site,
Dad titled his O'Brien compilation "The O'Brien Clan" .
